Multi-session events
One event with an agenda of talks or workshops, each with its own link, QR code and results.
Running a conference, a training day or a church programme? Add sessions to one event instead of creating an event per talk. Attendees choose the session they're giving feedback on, and you see results per session or all together.
Add sessions
In the event form, open Sessions and choose Add session. Give each one a title, and optionally the speaker and start time. A session's start time has to fall between the event's start and end, because that's when responses are taken. Free events can have up to 2 sessions; paid events up to 30.
Good to know: all sessions share the event's one response allowance. Each feedback form an attendee sends uses one response, whichever session it's for. Votes and reactions stay free.
Questions for every session, or just one
Each question has an Asked in choice:
- Every session: for questions like "Rate this session" that you ask everywhere.
- One session: for something specific, e.g. "What did you think of the keynote demo?".
Your plan's question limit applies per session: the shared questions plus that session's own.
Share each session
On your event page, the Sessions card lists every session with its own link, QR code and Present button.
- The main event link and QR code show the list of sessions first.
- A session's own link skips the list, so put it on that speaker's last slide.
One response per device
With One response per device on, each phone can send one response per session, so attendees can rate every talk they went to.
Results
Use Showing: All sessions at the top of your event page to switch between sessions. Responses show which session they're about, exports include a Session column, and the results report adds responses per session.
After responses arrive
You can rename sessions, change their times and add new ones. Removing a session isn't possible once the event has responses, so nothing anyone sent is lost.
