Promo codes

On the upgrade page, type your code in Promo code and choose Apply. The discounted price shows before you pay. Codes can be limited to certain packages, dates or your first purchase.

Discounts and credit are checked again when the payment arrives. If you start a new checkout for the same event, pay only the newest one: an older checkout paid later can't reuse a discount or credit that's already been used, so it's refunded instead of upgrading the event. The same happens if the code was switched off or ran out of date before you paid.

Invite hosts, earn credit

When the referral programme is on, your dashboard shows Invite hosts, earn credit with your personal link:

• friends who sign up with it get a discount on their first upgrade,
• you get credit when they first pay,
• credit is used automatically at your next checkout (you can untick it).

To keep the programme fair, you can earn up to 20 rewards in any 30 days, and at most 2 of those from friends who paid without a card (bank transfer, USSD and similar). Credit from a payment that's later refunded is taken back.
