Start from a template
Ready-made questions and settings for common events.
Templates fill in the event form for you: the mode, the questions and sensible settings. You can change anything before you save.
Templates
- Conference Q&A — questions for a speaker or panel, with audience upvotes.
- Workshop feedback — overall rating, usefulness, pace, recommend score and a one-word summary.
- Church service — prayer requests, testimonies and questions, with an optional name.
- Training evaluation — the trainer, the objectives and whether people will use what they learned.
- Town hall / all-hands — anonymous questions for leadership; only questions you star are shown.
- Class check-in — understanding, pace and the hardest part.
- Customer feedback — recommend score, satisfaction and what customers value.
- Icebreaker quiz — a short quiz with a live leaderboard.
Use a template
- New event: choose New event, then pick a template under Start from a template.
- Existing event: open Edit and pick one. It replaces the mode, questions and settings, but not the title, dates or link. Nothing changes until you choose Save changes. Templates can't be applied after the first response.
Templates come with some plans. If yours doesn't include them, the page shows which plans do.
Tip: Pair a template with AI question suggestions to add questions that fit your event.
