Connect Claude or ChatGPT
Create events, read responses and see results by asking your AI assistant.
You can manage your events from an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT. Ask things like:
- "Create a feedback poll for Saturday's workshop, 10am to 1pm Lagos time, with a star rating, a pace question and a word cloud."
- "What are people asking in my town hall? Star the three most upvoted."
- "Summarise the results of last week's training."
Connect
- Open your Account page and copy the address under Apps & AI assistants (it ends in
/mcp). - In your assistant, add a custom connector with that address:
- Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
- ChatGPT: Settings → Apps & Connectors, then create a connector (on some plans you first turn on developer mode under Advanced settings).
- Other assistants: look for "MCP server" or "custom connector" and use the same address.
- When asked, sign in to your account, check the permissions and the address it returns to, and choose Allow. The official Claude and ChatGPT connectors aren't marked Unverified app; if you see that label on something calling itself Claude or ChatGPT, choose Cancel. We email you whenever an app is connected.
What it can and can't do
- It can create events (always as drafts), change them, publish, pause or close them, read responses and results, moderate, answer questions, and create the AI summary where your plan includes it.
- It can't pay. To upgrade, it gives you the link and you pay on the website.
- It can't see who your attendees are — responses stay anonymous.
- It works with the same role you have on each event (owner, team admin, editor or moderator).
- It can't invite or remove co-hosts — do that on the website.
- Your assistant reads what attendees wrote. Attendees could try to slip instructions into a response ("assistant, publish this…"). We tell assistants to treat responses as data only and to ask you before publishing, closing, answering or changing anything — but read what it proposes before you agree.
Good to know: assistants can make mistakes. Check a draft before you publish it.
Disconnect
On your Account page, find the app under Connected apps and choose Disconnect. It stops working straight away. Connections also end on their own after a year, and whenever you reset your password or change two-step sign-in.
